We were fortunately able to get someone to stop by to take a look the same day. Sam was very kind and knowledgeable when finding the issue. When he told us that our old HVAC system served its time and needed a replacement, he came from a gentle approach to make sure he wasn’t forcing a sale on us. With his help and Mike’s approval, we were able to get an estimate that same day. Mike and Sam were very generous to give us some huge savings for a new HVAC system. I really appreciated Sam’s time to make sure we were all on the same page & answered all the questions we had. We were also able to get our new HVAC installed 2 days later.
Benny and his team were very respectful and worked very fast. They made sure to wear their slip on booties to wear indoors and they also cleaned up their work area very well before leaving. I’m very new to using an energy efficient HVAC system, so I really appreciate them explaining how it works and answering all my questions. I’m very excited with the new smart thermostat as well!
