Smart Heating and Air replaced our aging HVAC system and helped us work through some challenging ductwork issues along the way. They were quick to respond and always showed up on time. They also shared photos and videos of our systems, which helped a lot when walking us through our options. Every person we’ve dealt with has been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and made us feel like family. Their pricing is fair, their warranty coverage is solid, and we haven’t found another contract that comes close to theirs. 100% we would trust our home with Smart Heating and Air the next time we have HVAC needs.

I found this company online when our AC suddenly stopped. We were fortunately able to get someone to stop by to take a look the same day. Sam was very kind and knowledgeable when finding the issue. When he told us that our old HVAC system served its time and needed a replacement, he came from a gentle approach to make sure he wasn’t forcing a sale on us. With his help and Mike’s approval, we were able to get an estimate that same day. Mike and Sam were very generous to give us some huge savings for a new HVAC system. I really appreciated Sam’s time to make sure we were all on the same page & answered all the questions we had. We were also able to get our new HVAC installed 2 days later.
Benny and his team were very respectful and worked very fast. They made sure to wear their slip on booties to wear indoors and they also cleaned up their work area very well before leaving. I’m very new to using an energy efficient HVAC system, so I really appreciate them explaining how it works and answering all my questions. I’m very excited with the new smart thermostat as well! Thank you so much and I will make sure to recommend you all to family and friends!
